Refurbishment works to ground floor and public access stairs to first floor with part of the building as listed.  Works included remodelling/upgrade of floor coverings, decoration, public toilets, kitchen, ceilings, services and lighting together with repairs to the defective external underground drainage system

Conversion and refurbishment of existing train station to include external re-rendering, re-roofing and complete internal refurbishment to include reception, waiting rooms, toilets and accommodation.
